Our houseman performs, all duties able to maintain public space and guest room servicing. Our houseman’s ability to fill in with room readiness facilitates day use departures and room readiness. Our houseman will ensure a clean and comfortable hotel.Room Inspector
Our inspectors utilize electronic checklists tailored to the meet the branded hotel requirements. This software facilitates accurate and prompt training and reporting. This ensures our commitment to performance evaluation. Training and coaching is our tool to success. Our room inspectors will be involved with room attendant onboarding. We will provide weekly reports detailing room inspections and all corrective measures applied to correct the issues found. Our management team will review hotel surveys from Trip Advisor, Yelp and all hotel social media accounts. As a partner we will utilize all guest reviews to assist with associate training and best practices. Guest reviews and comments will assist with monthly associate recognition luncheons.
