We offer a variety of services; our services include window cleaning inside and out. Clean all cabinets, closets, carpets, and hard surface floors. Cleaning of all bathroom and kitchen fixtures, and appliances. We leave the site sparkling.
Ongoing Service
Post construction the sales effort kicks off. We recognize the great impact a clean environment has on potential buyers or tenants. We will work with your team to customize a cleaning schedule which will ensure potential clients are welcomed by a clean and well prepared showroom.
Open House
Maintenance of all accessible areas including metal and wood surfaces. We will thoroughly clean lobby, elevator(s) stairways, and hallways.
Unit completion
As the punch list completes and units are released we guarantee thoroughly clean units. All closets, cabinets, appliances, all wood and metal fixtures. Floors carpeted or with hard surfaces will be cleaned.
Ongoing
Customized cleaning schedule for all public space. Discounts will be offered to all units for individual cleaning services.
